Relief Retreat: Relief Retreat was founded on the belief that you cannot pour from an empty cup. Each year we seek to help women who are struggling, through inspiring speakers, fun activities, and a community service project. When we feel discouraged, when we feel tired, when the storms of life come at us, we seek relief. This retreat provides that relief - but in turn, we ask that once your cup has been filled, you find ways you can help fill others'.
